Custom Designs: Prices + Info

!! Please read my TOS here first !!By owning a design created by me, user dovelytea ("the Designer"), you ("the Owner") affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Use listed below.
Failure to abide by the Terms of Use may result in a blacklist and/ or a public service announcement.Please note that Terms of Use may be subject to change without prior notice.
These Terms of Use are in effect and up to date as of JULY 22, 2023.These Terms of Use only apply upon the Owner's new ownership of a design.
Any changes made to the Terms of Use after an Owner has claimed ownership to a design will not apply to said design.

  • If you're an ANTI you're not allowed to own one of my designs, simply due to clashing views on fiction. My designs are to be used freely without restrictions.

  • The Owner may make both major and minor edits to the design/ redesigns.

  • The Owner may regift the design.

  • The Owner may retrade the design only if the design was obtained via trade and/ or sale.

  • If the Owner obtained the design as a gift/ for free, the design cannot be retraded unless additional value (i.e. trades, commissions, personal art) has been added to the character's gallery. This includes "freebie swaps."

  • Free/ Gifted art (i.e. art received in which the Owner did not give anything in exchange) does not count as additional value.

  • The Owner may resell the design for the same price as bought.

  • The Owner may not resell the design for a higher price than bought unless additional value (i.e. trades, commissions, personal art) has been added to the character's gallery.

  • Free/ Gifted art (i.e. art received in which the Owner did not give anything in exchange) does not count as additional value.

  • The Owner may use the design for personal/ non-commerical use.

  • The Owner may use the design for commercial use only if discussed with the Designer beforehand.

  • The Owner may not claim the original design as their own.

  • The Owner may not claim the original artwork as their own.

  • The Owner may make both major and minor edits to the original artwork.

  • If uploading the original artwork off-site, credit to the Designer (dovelytea) must be provided.

  • The Designer only claims ownership of the original design concept/ execution. The Designer does not claim ownership to any redesigns and/ or the character/ associated character of the design.

  • The Designer acknowledges that once a design is owned by the Owner, the design/ character no longer belongs to the Designer.

  • The Designer may not "claim back" a design.

  • The Designer may offer to trade and/ or buy the design back, to which the Owner maintains the right to refuse, with or without explanation.

On Base Customs: OPENPrice: $30 (Comes with ONE outfit free of charge)
Any extra outfits wanted will cost an editional $15- These are self explanatory, these customs will be used on a base of my choosing, unless you have a base in mind you want used specifically {If that is the case, and I do not own it, you will need to give me the extra money to cover the base price if it is a P2U one}Examples Below {warning for nudity}

Off Base Customs: CLOSEDPrice: $50 {Comes with ONE free of charge outfit. Any extra outfits desired afterwards will cost an extra $25 }- These are customs that will be off base, so I will be drawing EVERYTHING from scratch. Which will take me longer and take more of my energy to do, so be mindful please!Examples Below {warning for nudity}

Custom Reference Sheets: CLOSEDPrice: $90- These are pricier, because a lot goes into making a reference sheet. What you will be getting from me, is a ref sheet with your character {if you have the files already, then it will be discounted by 25%, if I also have to create the character design for you though, you pay full price.}Examples below {warning for nudity!

What do you need to provide?{Please include the following in the form below or send me a DM on discord: dovelytea}

- Way to pay? {I accept cashapp and paypal only}- What are you getting? {i.e. custom on-base}- Please give me any pinterest boards that include what you want the character to look like. {i.e. colour palettes, species/animals, outfits, overall aesthetics, etc}
If you don't use pinterest, please give me full written details accompanied with pictures for reference. Playlists are also acceptable!- For references, let me know what you want on the reference. {i.e. a musicbox, colour palette, aesthetic images that fit the character, items they carry around, how many sections do you want to fill out yourself? etc}Thank you!!
